Drive I-64 east to Exit 50, turn south at Nashville onto State Rt. 127 for 55 miles to Alto Pass.
Go south on I-57 to Exit 54B (west) at Marion, Illinois onto State Route 13 through Carbondale. At the west edge of Carbondale (Kroger Store) turn left onto W. Murphysboro Road/Old Route 13 to you get to State Rt. 127. Turn left/south and continue on State Route 127 to Alto Pass.
Take I-55 North to Cape Girardeau, Missouri and exit 93B toward Cape. Turn right onto Shawnee Parkway/Missouri Rt. 34E/74E. Continue into Illinois crossing the Mississippi River. Continue on IL State Rt. 146E for 15 miles (turns east at Ware) to State Rt. 127, turn north/left onto State Rt. 127 for 9 miles to Alto Pass.
